What you will do

• Collaborate with M&A and executive teams to source and evaluate potential acquisitions.
• Engage with business owners, advisors, and bankers throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Build and analyze financial models, valuations, and operational data.
• Lead the M&A process, including detailed financial, sales, marketing, and operational diligence.
• Prepare investment memorandums for board approval and develop integration strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external legal, technology, HR, and tax advisors during diligence.

Requirements

• CA / CPA qualification and a degree from a competitive institution.
• 2-4 years of M&A experience in transaction services or M&A advisory (Big Four or similar).
• Strong proficiency in structured financial analysis and quality of earnings procedures.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for interaction with C-level executives.
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment managing multiple workstreams.
• Passion for the software industry and a strong understanding of technology.
