What you will do

• Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning to align GTM targets with company-wide financial goals.
• Design sales quota allocations across regions and develop capacity planning for scaling the sales team.
• Establish and execute an ROI framework for GTM investments, including post-mortem analyses of marketing campaigns.
• Evaluate and structure major commercial deals and strategic partnerships, defining financial terms and payout structures.
• Develop robust financial models to forecast revenue, cost, profitability, ARR, and gross margin.
• Monitor post-execution financial performance of commercial deals to ensure contractual compliance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.
• Experience working within public or high-growth private companies.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; startup or scaleup experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
