What you will do

• Own the creation of core financial reporting, including weekly scorecards and monthly financial reporting packages.
• Develop analytical insights to facilitate strategic decisions for global leadership.
• Collaborate with the executive team to resolve ad hoc analytical requests regarding strategic financial and operational questions.
• Manage the end-to-end annual budgeting process, including model creation and assumption testing.
• Drive the evolution of reporting tools and data sources to enhance data aggregation and accessibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina.
• 2-3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong ability to perform variance and trend analysis and build financial models.
• Sound understanding of the four primary financial statements.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics, economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with core Microsoft Excel analytical functions and Microsoft PowerPoint.
