What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze key SaaS metrics, including revenue, bookings, ARR, churn, retention, and margins.
• Prepare recurring reporting packages and design dashboards for executive leadership and private equity partners.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and HR to evaluate ROI and support pricing analysis.
• Utilize AI-enabled forecasting and planning tools to increase operational speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Permanent residency within the United States is required.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in a professional business environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a private equity-backed or high-growth software company.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or advanced data analytics tools.
