Capital Markets Sr Analyst (Finance)

TL;DR

Capital Markets Sr Analyst (Finance): Organizing and executing capital market transactions and determining issuance strategies with an accent on economic assessment and internal controls. Focus on managing relationships with external financial entities and developing complex financial models for reporting and analysis.

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in office). Must be based in Fort Worth, TX; Detroit, MI; or Charlotte, NC. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Execute and organize capital market transactions and determine issuance strategies based on market conditions.
• Monitor and maintain internal controls and policies related to capital market activities.
• Maintain productive relationships with banks, brokers, trustees, rating agencies, and investors.
• Develop ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and company presentations for senior management and external parties.
• Stay current with macro-economic trends and capital market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, credit facilities, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial and cashflow modeling.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Bloomberg experience preferred).
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
