TL;DR

Director, Customer Partner - Portfolio (Retail & Manufacturing): Managing relationship management, account growth, and profitability for portfolio accounts in retail and manufacturing sectors with an accent on CxO relationship building and P&L ownership. Focus on driving proactive growth, maximizing renewals, and applying industry expertise to deliver customer success.

Location: Partially Remote (VA, PA, MD, USA)

Salary: $161,520 – $319,800

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end relationship management, account growth, and profitability for a set of portfolio accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CxO-level executives.
  • Own account P&L, managing revenue, growth objectives, and operating margins.
  • Lead generation and closure of new offerings while minimizing erosion in renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to execute prospecting and closing processes.
  • Invest in talent development and uphold company culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L of $10M+.
  • Significant experience in retail and manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Experience in luxury retail.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Sales experience in technical solutions.
