What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of Strategic Account Executives and Account Managers supporting Fortune 500 and global clients.
• Drive commercial accountability by owning revenue, expansion, and retention targets across the portfolio.
• Provide pipeline oversight and deliver leading indicators of revenue growth and risk to leadership.
• Model executive engagement by building credibility with C-level stakeholders such as CHROs and VP of Total Rewards.
• Guide strategic client planning to maximize ROI and satisfaction based on health cost insights.
• Oversee pricing, RFP processes, contract negotiations, and ensure overall contract compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in population health, health plan, or health system growth.
• Direct experience with TPAs or health plans is required.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a matrix organization.
• Proven expertise in consultative selling and account service techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of self-funded business, pharmacy, and stop loss underwriting.
• Experience navigating complex organizational structures and corporate cultures.
