Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
- Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies for GTM and Engineering organizations to support high growth.
- Own end-to-end recruiting performance, managing req prioritization, funnel health, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to define role scopes and align on hiring criteria.
- Implement data-driven solutions and leverage market insights to streamline the recruitment lifecycle and enhance employer branding.
- Oversee recruitment strategies for international contractors, specifically in LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina) and the Philippines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience within a SaaS environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
- Deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical roles.
- High proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and compensation benchmarking tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
