TL;DR

Manager, Talent Acquisition (EdTech): Leading Talent Acquisition efforts and managing a recruiting team to scale GTM and Technical organizations with an accent on strategic hiring plans and process optimization. Focus on mentoring recruiters, improving funnel health, and ensuring a high talent bar across global contractor and US-based roles.

Location: Remote (US). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies for GTM and Engineering organizations to support high growth.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting performance, managing req prioritization, funnel health, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to define role scopes and align on hiring criteria.
  • Implement data-driven solutions and leverage market insights to streamline the recruitment lifecycle and enhance employer branding.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies for international contractors, specifically in LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina) and the Philippines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience within a SaaS environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical roles.
  • High proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
