What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close, driving pipelines and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
• Build and scale proactive design talent pipelines across disciplines to meet hiring needs ahead of time.
• Partner with design leaders to shape strategy, define assessments, and influence hiring decisions.
• Use data and market insights to optimize pipeline health, forecast risks, and improve efficiency.
• Lead hiring programs, evolve interview processes, and leverage AI/automation for better outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant depth in design recruiting in high-growth environments.
• Strong track record hiring design talent across levels, including senior and leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of design market, portfolio evaluation, leveling, and competitive dynamics.
• Proven stakeholder influence, closing skills, and data-driven strategy experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Open to using AI responsibly to amplify recruiting efficiency.
