Salary: $170K – $245K • Offers Equity

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close, driving pipelines and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
- Build and scale proactive design talent pipelines across disciplines to meet hiring needs ahead of time.
- Partner with design leaders to shape strategy, define assessments, and influence hiring decisions.
- Use data and market insights to optimize pipeline health, forecast risks, and improve efficiency.
- Lead hiring programs, evolve interview processes, and leverage AI/automation for better outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant depth in design recruiting in high-growth environments.
- Strong track record hiring design talent across levels, including senior and leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of design market, portfolio evaluation, leveling, and competitive dynamics.
- Proven stakeholder influence, closing skills, and data-driven strategy experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Open to using AI responsibly to amplify recruiting efficiency.
