What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in Engineering, Product, and Design, from sourcing to close
• Build sourcing pipelines using AI tools to identify passive talent based on skills and contributions
• Refine and deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the process
• Leverage AI to gain fluency in technical domains and engage credibly with candidates and managers
• Partner with EPD leaders to define requirements, talent profiles, and interview processes
• Track recruiting metrics and develop hiring rubrics for technical roles

Requirements

• Deep understanding of what makes a great engineer with ability to hold technical conversations
• Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering roles
• Proficiency in sourcing strategies beyond keyword matching
• Strong partnership skills with technical hiring managers
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participation)

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in fintech, mortgage, or financial services
• Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or similar ATS
• Experience at Series A–C startup
