About the Role

You will build and run a high-velocity recruiting engine that identifies and attracts top AI/ML and technical talent. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle across diverse roles, design interview processes, create excellent candidate experiences, and develop creative sourcing strategies. You will analyze recruiting metrics and market data to refine search strategies, provide actionable feedback to hiring managers, and continuously optimize hiring processes. You will operate asynchronously in a remote environment, schedule intake meetings quickly, run recruiter screens, and monitor conversion data to improve pass rates and fill roles efficiently.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience for AI/ML positions
  • Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data
  • Ability to quickly familiarize with new roles and requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills to work with hiring managers and manage expectations
  • Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset to meet ambitious outreach targets

Responsibilities

  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across roles and teams
  • Create positive candidate experiences at every touchpoint
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to find and hire diverse talent
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase hiring efficiency
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and conversion rates and provide actionable feedback
  • Schedule intake meetings and configure interview plans within 72 hours
  • Conduct 5-10 recruiter screens within the first week of opening a position
  • Monitor search performance and optimize approach until positions are filled
