What you will do

• Execute end-to-end procurement for assigned commodities, programs, and value streams, ensuring accurate contractual flow-down clauses.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor KPIs including On-Time Delivery, Quality, and Cost Performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and cybersecurity requirements during sourcing.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and cost/price analysis to ensure fair and reasonable pricing.
• Qualify and onboard new suppliers to mitigate risks and resolve technical nonconformances.
• Collaborate with Planning and Manufacturing to align material availability with production schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement or buying experience in a government defense contracting environment.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and ITAR government contract flow-down requirements.
• Experience supporting ERP/MRP systems such as Unanet, SAP, or Oracle.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement analytics.
