What you will do

• Manage the full regional procurement process from supplier qualification through performance management.
• Execute RFP processes, including bid receipt, market comparisons, evaluation, and negotiations.
• Handle purchase order placement, expediting, and dispute resolution.
• Lead total cost reduction initiatives and support supplier quality assurance programs.
• Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform contract compliance oversight.
• Collaborate with Facility Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams as a contractual advisor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant procurement and supply management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a technical discipline (highly preferred).
• Knowledge of procurement contracting legal aspects, risk management, warranty, and liability.
• Ability to work between office and highly industrial environments (heat, odor, etc.).
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling and change management.
