What you will do

• Source key suppliers and negotiate purchasing agreements to secure best pricing for equipment and services.
• Prepare RFQs, obtain quotes, and issue purchase orders while tracking open order statuses.
• Coordinate procurement activities and problem resolution directly with the engineering department.
• Maintain accurate procurement data within the ERP and accounting systems.
• Manage export compliance documentation and domestic logistics needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers on quality, delivery, and price to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of work experience in planning, procurement, production control, or logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Strong negotiating, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet specific deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for articulating recommendations.

Nice to have

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing methodology.
