What you will do
- Manage procurement of complex mission-critical hardware and services to support assigned programs.
- Prepare RFPs/RFQs, review SOWs, and conduct source selection determinations.
- Perform cost and price analysis on supplier bids and lead pricing reviews with management and customers.
- Lead subcontract negotiations and provide recommendations on standard and non-standard subcontract provisions.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and government regulations throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to define and execute program requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive professional experience in supply chain, operations, or contract administration.
- Deep knowledge of Government Contracting (FAR, DFARS, ITAR) and acquisition principles for agencies like DoD and NASA.
- Experience with various contract types such as FFP, CR, CPFF, and T&M.
- Proficiency in Statements of Work (SOW) and SDRL management.
- Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to represent the organization as the primary contact for subcontractors and customers.
