What you will do

• Design, implement, and iterate agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with research scientists, software engineers, product managers, and solution engineers.
• Innovate at the frontier of the field.
• Create new solutions and define new categories of product.
• Engage with customers to iterate on AI systems.

Requirements

• Exceptional engineering skills with expertise in at least one programming language such as Python or C++.
• Deep ML knowledge with meaningful implementation track records in areas such as LLM, pre/post-training, RL, and agentic systems.
• Prioritize deep and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated dedication, patience, and resilience to build exceptional product experiences.
• Collaborative and able to win with teams.
• Proactive with a bias to action, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
