What you will do

• Design, implement, and iterate on next-generation agentic AI systems in collaboration with research scientists and product managers.
• Build and ship production-grade software using modern engineering practices and AI-driven development workflows.
• Orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
• Maintain a shared system context of designs, constraints, and standards to ensure AI operates reliably.
• Critically evaluate human and AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and solid experience with C++ and/or Java.
• Deep ML knowledge with a proven track record of implementation and experience with deep learning frameworks.
• Practical experience with LLMs, agentic workflows (tool use, planning, memory), and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying ML systems using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Education/Background: BS/MS from top CS schools (Stanford, Berkeley, CMU, MIT), competitive coding winners (ACM-ICPC), or high-impact first-author publications.

Nice to have

• Experience as a startup founder in the agentic AI or LLM space (e.g., YC backed).
• Contributor or maintainer of open-source projects with significant traction (2k+ stars).
