Salary: $138,950 – $169,100

What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, classical machine learning models, and hybrid approaches.
• Build and operate complex AI systems such as agentic workflows and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) platforms.
• Develop data pipelines, feature strategies, and evaluation datasets to support AI systems.
• Implement evaluation strategies and metrics to measure model effectiveness and business impact.
• Ensure production readiness by managing performance, reliability, cost, and observability.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of enterprise AI engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, or ML engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, APIs, and system design.
• Advanced proficiency in large-scale data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Synapse.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Must be based in Texas.
