Location: Hybrid (Redwood City, CA)
Salary: $108,000 – $170,000 per annum

What you will do
- Implement AI agents, including prompt design, workflow configuration, integrations, and evaluation frameworks.
- Act as the primary technical partner for customers, leading regular demos and guiding solutions from concept to production.
- Configure and connect systems using APIs, handling authentication and data mapping for CRMs and knowledge bases.
- Set up SIP/CCaaS/PSTN routing, configure fallbacks, and troubleshoot call quality.
- Refine LLM-driven prompts to ensure agents meet automation and containment targets.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve platform gaps and drive leading client implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in conversational AI, solution engineering, or delivering LLM-based applications in customer environments.
- Hands-on skills in prompt design, workflow building, and API integration (e.g., SIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect).
- Proficiency with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), vector DBs, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and performance optimization.
- Programming experience in Python or JavaScript for scripting and integrations.
Nice to have
- Experience with iPaaS providers such as n8n or Zapier.
- Familiarity with telephony or voice systems (SIP, CCaaS, PSTN).
