What you will do

• Architect agentic AI systems using LLMs, computer vision, and computer-use to interact with legacy apps in AWS WorkSpaces.
• Build evaluation frameworks for agent performance in unstructured environments.
• Fine-tune and deploy domain-specific LLMs optimized for efficiency, safety, and enterprise needs.
• Collaborate with peer teams to embed AI across WorkSpaces product suite.
• Deliver production-ready science components meeting hirify.global's robustness standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years building ML models for business applications
• PhD or Master's + 6+ years applied research
• Programming in Java, C++, Python or similar
• Neural deep learning methods and machine learning experience
