Analyst, People Systems & Analytics (Workday HCM): Own, operate, and evolve global Workday HCM ecosystem including Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Recruiting with an accent on configuration, optimization, compliance, and scalability. What you will do

• Own end-to-end configuration, optimization, and support of Workday modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting) across global regions, aligning with business and regulatory needs.
• Lead Workday enhancements and cross-functional projects to improve accuracy, compliance, and user experience.
• Drive implementation and adoption of ServiceNow HR Service Management and Employee Center, including AI features.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance leaders to gather requirements, design solutions, and prioritize initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps, recommend improvements, and support HR technology roadmaps.
• Manage Workday releases, testing, risk escalation, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on HRIS experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Recruiting
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow UX, Employee Center, mobile, and AI features like Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist
• Deep knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, integrations, and global compliance
• Proven experience leading HR tech initiatives with project and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced global matrixed environment and translate business needs to solutions
• Commitment to learning new systems and handling confidential information
