Salary: $55,300 – $126,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify client business needs and gather detailed user requirements.
• Develop comprehensive user stories with thorough acceptance criteria.
• Partner with UI/UX designers, developers, and testers to create deployable features.
• Conduct current-state and target-state analysis and design for software applications.
• Lead teams and client engagements to deliver high-business value products.
• Present recommendations to product owners based on findings from cross-functional collaborations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology work.
• 2+ years of experience as a requirements or business analyst.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for requirements management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe).
• Familiarity with brainstorming tools like Mural or Miro.
• Experience working with federal and DoD organizations (Air Force, Space Force).
• Top Secret clearance.
• Agile Certification.
