What you will do

• Perform in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for business and operational improvement across the organization.
• Conduct root cause analyses to understand drivers of key performance metrics related to customer experience and internal efficiency.
• Develop and maintain core business metrics, performance dashboards, and recurring reports.
• Define and track key KPIs to ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic business outcomes.
• Deliver actionable insights into trends such as workflow efficiency, resource utilization, and service quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and leadership teams to translate findings into process enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data-centric role (analytics, BI, finance, investment banking, or management consulting).
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Finance.
• Proficiency in manipulating and summarizing data using SQL.
• Experience with data-visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to solve complex, open-ended problems and operate under ambiguity.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience developing forecasting models.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as Python or R.
• Experience in the financial technology (Fintech) field.
