HCM Business Analyst

Salary: $49,600 - $74,400

What you will do

• Participate in process design sessions, provide subject matter expertise, and build consensus for analytical and reporting solutions.
• Manage large-scale process improvement and technology implementation projects to successful completion.
• Conduct project start-up activities, including kick-off meetings and defining roles and expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, track status, issues, and risks.
• Document business requirements, develop test cases, and support communications and training for deployments.
• Perform routine audits and partner with business leaders and system admins to meet project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in HCM, Payroll, HR, or Benefits processing/administration.
• PC proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent time management, written communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Skill in establishing effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
