TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina

Salary: Up to $75,000 annually

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR partnership, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Lead the execution of global HR programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Drive change management strategies and organizational design to support growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent policies and compliance across international markets.
  • Provide data-driven insights using HR analytics and KPIs to influence decision-making and improve employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in talent strategy, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, employment law compliance, and HR analytics tools.
  • Fluent English required; German language proficiency is preferred.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, North Carolina.

Nice to have

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification.
  • Proficiency in the German language.
