Salary: $85,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Act as trusted advisor to business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and providing coaching on performance management and development
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues, ensure policy compliance, and support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
- Manage immigration processes including visa petitions, extensions, and green card sponsorships in coordination with counsel
- Drive onboarding, learning programs, succession planning, and performance reviews
- Lead HR initiatives like engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and annual processes
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations on people-related programs
Requirements
- 3–7 years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience
- Demonstrated experience managing employment-based immigration processes and working with immigration counsel
- Strong knowledge of I-9 compliance, work authorization, and federal/state employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience in technology, professional services, or multinational organization
- Familiarity with global mobility and international HR programs
- Experience with green card sponsorship (PERM, I-140)
