Salary: $139,000 - $174,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to ELT and senior leaders, building credible partnerships and contributing HR lens to strategic discussions
• Proactively identify organizational and talent needs, supporting executive onboarding and integration
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews
• Drive performance management, coaching leaders on feedback, goal-setting, and consistent practices
• Lead through organizational changes like restructuring and team integrations with pragmatic communication
• Collaborate with HR team on initiatives including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and L&D

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in senior HRBP or HR Director role
• Demonstrated experience partnering with C-suite or senior executives
• Background in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments strongly preferred
• Executive presence, bias toward action, excellent judgment, disciplined execution
• Solid working knowledge of US employment law and ER best practices
• Bachelor's degree desired; SHRM-SCP / PHR certification a plus
