What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Define program scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and resource plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, bridging communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with engineering leadership on technical strategy, architecture decisions, and feasibility trade-offs.
• Establish program management frameworks and drive operational efficiency through agile methodologies.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a collaborative culture across distributed teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in software or technology companies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs involving multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand architecture and engineering trade-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Must be currently residing in Singapore with valid work authorization.
