What you will do

• Monitor and track delivery status across multiple teams and projects to ensure sustainable program delivery.
• Manage dependencies, assess program risks, and facilitate transparent decision-making practices across groups.
• Drive Agile delivery and partner with engineering to identify technical trade-offs and mitigate risks.
• Orchestrate programs specifically for China and International markets, including compliance and data-residency.
• Coordinate integrations with local payment partners such as Alipay and WeChat Pay.
• Apply AI agents to automate status aggregation and triage to increase productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of TPM experience in a complex organization.
• Domain experience working with AI and R&D areas.
• Deep understanding of Agile product development processes.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on key initiatives.
• Ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in China (Mainland).
