What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, resource plans, and detailed budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams using tools like MS Project, Jira, and Trello to track milestones and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks early and develop robust mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee budget forecasting, expense tracking, and contract negotiations with third-party vendors.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder alignment on project scope and costs.
• Mentor junior project managers and conduct post-project reviews to establish best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Remote, CO).
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management within IT, Finance, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and AI agent frameworks like Manus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
