What you will do

• Acquire high-value new partners across fitness and wellness verticals in the assigned market.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas for new venues added to the network.
• Prioritize in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and events.
• Build strong connections and networking opportunities within the regional fitness community.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Negotiate and present pitch decks to prospective partners.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced B2B transactional sales (Field and Inside).
• Proven record of consistent over-performance on monthly quotas and OKRs.
• Based in Germany with ability to travel across the DACH region.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
