Salary: $83,493 - $91,750 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead the implementation and coordination of clinic-level resilience efforts in CA, TX, and NC as initial Phase 1 sites.
- Translate the organization's resilience strategy into high-impact execution via the Resilient Clinic Collaborative.
- Manage complex, multi-year workstreams, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple states.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clinic partners, providing technical assistance and capacity-building activities.
- Produce high-quality written outputs, including reports, case studies, and strategy briefs for leadership and funders.
- Ensure equity, inclusion, and community-informed practices are embedded across all resilience efforts.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in public health, emergency management, climate resilience, mental health and psychosocial support, or community health.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-site initiatives in a healthcare setting within dynamic recovery environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt approaches based on changing conditions or funding.
- Exceptional written communication skills for producing professional funder-facing deliverables.
- US work authorization is required.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to long-term recovery geographies.
