Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage forecasting data and track High Volume Orders (HVO) in partnership with the Global Account Manager.
• Own the customer’s Approved Model List (AML) and monitor product lifecycles (EOL/EOS) and cybersecurity updates.
• Act as the primary operational bridge between Field Sales Engineering (FSE) and Global Sales Engineering (GSE) teams.
• Manage global loaner equipment budgets and ensure accuracy of bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Serve as the central link to headquarters in Lund for compliance and certifications.
• Coordinate cross-regional knowledge sharing and support revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or sales operations within the technology/security industry.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems.
• Must reside in WA, CA, AZ, or NV within reasonable driving distance of a major airport.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% annually.
