What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for the Annual Meeting and live educational events, including program design and speaker lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with ACCME accreditation criteria and adult learning principles for educational activities.
• Lead the administration of event technology platforms such as Cadmium, LMS, and AMS.
• Manage onsite operations, including room setups, audiovisual needs, and run-of-show production timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Education, Membership, and Finance teams to ensure integrated event delivery.
• Track event budgets, expenses, and vendor payments in coordination with the Finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in meeting planning, medical education, or event management.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Chicago, IL, USA.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with event technologies (Cadmium, LMS, AMS).
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or scientific programming preferred.
• Familiarity with ACCME or similar accreditation frameworks.
