Compensation: $58,695 to $64,500 USD gross annually

What you will do
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of training initiatives, including workshops, ECHO series, and Train-the-Trainer programs for health centers.
- Manage scheduling, invitations, and participant engagement while serving as the primary point of contact for all training events.
- Collaborate with technical experts in climate resilience and MHPSS to integrate specialized content into cohesive training experiences.
- Track participation and feedback using MERL tools to inform reporting and drive continuous improvement of training content.
- Maintain a centralized repository of training resources, curricula, and toolkits on SharePoint for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document and disseminate case studies and practice briefs on resilience outcomes supported by training efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in training coordination, program support, or capacity-building, preferably in healthcare or nonprofits.
- Proven ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, maintaining strict timelines and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
- Must be based in one of the following US locations: CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, Puerto Rico, TN, TX, VA, or WA.
- Valid US work authorization is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports and participant communications.
Nice to have
- Degree in public health, health education, international development, or a related field.
- Familiarity with disaster preparedness, climate resilience, or MHPSS programming.
