What you will do

  • Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional technical projects from concept through closure.
  • Coordinate with functional teams during initiation, design, procurement, and deployment phases.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reviews, and risk analyses.
  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and provide regular status updates.
  • Drive internal process improvements to remove gaps across multiple teams and functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Proven experience working with project management teams, resolving conflicts, and meeting timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and documentation).
  • Strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of change management and various project management methodologies.
