Salary: $93,200 - $1,147,000 USD

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Design and lead tailored retrospectives and assess team agile maturity to adjust coaching approaches.
• Coordinate interdependent teams and "pods" to ensure synchronized delivery across the organization.
• Remove impediments and use empirical data (velocity, capacity, predictability) to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams on backlog management and iterative release forecasting.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and share agile best practices to grow the overall Agile team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, or 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of multiple agile frameworks and strong facilitation skills to build consensus.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Lean Startup and Design Thinking business strategy techniques.
• Knowledge of emergent architecture and CI/CD techniques for complex software delivery.
• Proficiency in building complex automations to increase Scrum Team efficiency.
