What you will do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies, including impact assessments and integrated OCM plans.
  • Create audience-specific communications, multimedia content, and leadership-ready materials.
  • Plan stakeholder engagement activities like roadshows, town halls, and maintain digital collaboration hubs.
  • Design role-based training strategies, materials, and enablement resources aligned to real-world needs.
  • Administer readiness surveys, track adoption KPIs, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops to align changes with business outcomes and user improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0.5+ years in Organizational Change Management, change enablement, or similar.
  • Experience creating OCM deliverables: communications, impact assessments, training materials, readiness surveys, adoption reporting.
  • Strong business and technical writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with large-scale digital transformations and global cross-functional teams.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or advanced education.
  • Prosci/ADKAR certification.
  • Experience in EPC, engineering, construction, finance, or supply chain transformations.
  • Survey design, adoption metrics, value realization reporting.
  • Design thinking and user-centric approaches.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and SharePoint proficiency.
