What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent customer launch projects, ensuring alignment with defined timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate onboarding configuration and technology integration timelines with customers.
• Conduct engaging training sessions across various formats, including live, virtual, and recorded sessions.
• Execute detailed configuration procedures and verify system functionality.
• Maintain clear customer records and pulse evaluations within CRM tools.
• Create and design training webinar content to facilitate product adoption.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leveraging CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho.
• High competence in PC/Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and meet established deadlines.
• Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience in Ed-Tech SaaS configuration and support.
• Experience in Emergency Management, Behavioral Threat Assessment, or Secondary Education.
• Experience with Student Information System integrations (e.g., Clever, ClassLink, PowerSchool).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
