Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 a year

What you will do

  • Perform HR duties in classification, staffing, recruiting, and benefits administration.
  • Provide senior-level project management and administrative coordination for complex contracts and business units.
  • Analyze specific issues and identify strategic alternatives.
  • Develop and present executive-level briefings on project status, risks, and strategies.
  • Maintain project management artifacts such as process flows, risk registers, and SOPs.
  • Support strategic tasks as assigned by the client and project manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of total professional experience.
  • Strong experience in HR functions (staffing, recruiting, labor relations).
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be located in the DC Metro Area and be able to travel occasionally to D.C.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • VA or Federal HR experience.
  • Experience working in healthcare organizations.
  • PMP certification.
  • Expertise in retirement counseling and processing.
