Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 a year

What you will do
- Perform HR duties in classification, staffing, recruiting, and benefits administration.
- Provide senior-level project management and administrative coordination for complex contracts and business units.
- Analyze specific issues and identify strategic alternatives.
- Develop and present executive-level briefings on project status, risks, and strategies.
- Maintain project management artifacts such as process flows, risk registers, and SOPs.
- Support strategic tasks as assigned by the client and project manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 8 years of total professional experience.
- Strong experience in HR functions (staffing, recruiting, labor relations).
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be located in the DC Metro Area and be able to travel occasionally to D.C.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- VA or Federal HR experience.
- Experience working in healthcare organizations.
- PMP certification.
- Expertise in retirement counseling and processing.
