What you will do

• Investigate material usage and shortage trends to ensure consistent material availability.
• Develop production scheduling plans and evaluate work center capacity to maximize resource utilization.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Purchasing, Planning, and Production departments.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
• Utilize SAP and advanced Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to align outsourcing schedules with customer and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business (3+ years related experience) or Associate's degree (5+ years related experience).
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Christiansburg, VA.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and react to trends.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
