Salary: $62,600 - $88,475

What you will do
- Execute and coordinate a wide range of complex purchase requisitions for equipment, supplies, and services.
- Analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and determine the optimal processing method (quotes, bids, RFPs, or contracts).
- Provide high-level support to internal customers and suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Train P2P end-users on business flows and communicate purchasing procedures and policies.
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) of P2P processes and enhance Ariba SAP capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Business Owners to manage PO updates and return-to-vendor (RTV) processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5–7 years of relevant purchasing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Ariba P2P, Guided Buying, and Standard UI interfaces.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and previous ERP experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams.
- Purchasing certification is a plus.
