What you will do
- Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial models to support growth.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including margin analysis, OpEx/CapEx tracking, and KPI reporting.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and Board review materials, translating data into business insights.
- Serve as the primary finance liaison for business leaders, providing monthly budget vs. actual reporting.
- Support corporate projects related to acquisitions, pricing strategy, and ROI analysis.
- Optimize FP&A systems and workflows, specifically focusing on Workday Adaptive Planning.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model building and scenario analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
