What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to forecast operating expenses, capital expenditures, and compensation spend.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management regarding cost trends and variances.
• Partner with department heads and business leaders to identify cost optimization and savings opportunities.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for cost centers and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate cost recording and adherence to financial standards.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of cost performance to identify risks and enhance financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A with a focus on cost management.
• Experience in the banking or fintech industry is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
