Global Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Alliances (Medtech): Supporting commercial execution and strategy between and strategic alliance partners with an accent on growth opportunities and product launches. Location: Onsite in Lafayette, Colorado, USA (minimum 4 days a week onsite)
Salary: $133,600 - $200,400

What you will do
- Drive the Strategic Alliances commercial strategy in alignment with Class of Trade and regional goals.
- Develop commercial market strategies including pricing, competitive positioning, and launch plans.
- Lead product launches and initiatives with OEM partners to increase penetration of ACM technologies.
- Collaborate with digital marketing to create co-branded content and demand generation campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and report on market share gains to senior leadership.
- Partner with Global Sales Training to implement curriculum for alliance partners and regional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship only available for Principal-level roles).
- Ability to travel approximately 30% (domestic and international).
- Strong capability in strategic thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience within the Monitoring industry.
- Proven track record of working across strategic partnerships.
- Strong project management skills and understanding of financial documents (income statements, budgeting).
