Salary: $133,600 - $200,400

What you will do

• Drive the Strategic Alliances commercial strategy in alignment with Class of Trade and regional goals.
• Develop commercial market strategies including pricing, competitive positioning, and launch plans.
• Lead product launches and initiatives with OEM partners to increase penetration of ACM technologies.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to create co-branded content and demand generation campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and report on market share gains to senior leadership.
• Partner with Global Sales Training to implement curriculum for alliance partners and regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship only available for Principal-level roles).
• Ability to travel approximately 30% (domestic and international).
• Strong capability in strategic thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership.

• Experience within the Monitoring industry.
• Proven track record of working across strategic partnerships.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of financial documents (income statements, budgeting).
