Graduate Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating pipeline and scaling the outbound engine through research and high-volume prospecting with an accent on lead qualification and outbound campaigns. Location: Focus on the US tech ecosystem
Salary: $20/hour for the first 2 months, transitioning to base salary + commission

What you will do
- Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound prospecting.
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns (100+ calls/day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Book and secure meetings for Account Executives.
- Represent the product to both technical and non-technical buyers.
- Collaborate with AEs, leadership, and founders on GTM strategy and messaging.
- Attend industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- Ambitious graduate talent serious about building a career in sales.
- Scrappy, resourceful, and able to take independent action.
- Strong communication skills, including confidence on calls and sharp writing.
- High operational discipline to handle high-volume execution consistently.
- Coachable mindset with the ability to iterate fast based on feedback.

- Experience in door-to-door or high-volume sales.
- Experience selling to technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, data, or search technologies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SQL, or BI tools.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
