What you will do

• Run end-to-end month-end close workstreams, including journal entries and variance explanations.
• Manage bank and cash reconciliations for 20+ multi-currency accounts across multiple entities.
• Oversee subscription revenue flow and revenue recognition from Chargebee to NetSuite.
• Control AP and spend processes using Payhawk to ensure clean data sync into NetSuite.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and resolve root causes of recurring accounting issues.
• Document SOPs and partner with leadership to shorten the close cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience with month-end close ownership.
• Strong discipline in reconciliations and documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Preferred timezones: US Eastern or EMEA.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS subscription billing and Chargebee.
• Experience with AP/spend tools like Payhawk.
• Expertise in multi-entity and multi-currency accounting.
