Salary: $156,200 - $190,800

What you will do
- Identify and develop strategic commercial relationships within CRE and Affordable Housing using a targeted sales approach.
- Lead the lending process by managing financial data and collaborating with internal credit teams to ensure smooth loan funding.
- Perform credit viability assessments and provide clear recommendations to Credit Administration.
- Proactively monitor portfolio health and maintain ongoing communication with borrowers.
- Navigate complex credit situations, including managing past-due accounts, workouts, and defaults.
- Maintain portfolio alignment with risk guidelines and uphold strong governance practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
- Must be a resident of Washington (WA) state.
- 7+ years of commercial relationship management experience with mid-sized businesses or CRE investors.
- 4+ years of experience interpreting complex financial statements for commercial real estate investors.
Nice to have
- Strong sales, cross-selling, and business development skills using a performance management process.
- Working knowledge of state/federal regulatory compliance and credit union policies.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to assess credit risk in Affordable Housing.
- Proficient communication skills for interacting with executive management.
