Salary: $174,000 - $234,000

What you will do
- Build and manage a Middle Market client portfolio with annual revenues up to $500 million.
- Develop tailored financial solutions by understanding client business goals and identifying strategic prospects.
- Collaborate with internal product experts to deliver comprehensive banking services.
- Negotiate loan terms, structure credit facilities, and prepare detailed credit recommendations.
- Perform daily portfolio oversight and monitor credit quality in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain high community visibility to support business development and the bank's presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in commercial credit, commercial lending, analysis, or business development.
- Must be based in California, Washington, Oregon, or Idaho.
- Proven ability to attract and manage strong commercial banking relationships.
- Strong skills in financial analysis and credit underwriting.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding commercial lending and appraisal.

- Familiarity with treasury management solutions.
- Deep knowledge of local markets within the bank's footprint.
