Location: Hybrid (Must reside within territory: Oakland, Fresno, San Jose, or San Mateo, California)

Salary: $131,100 - $190,125

What you will do

  • Lead a dedicated client practice team consisting of a Wealth Advisor and Client Experience Specialist to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide tailored financial advice on onboarding, financial planning, and investor education.
  • Manage high-value relationships proactively and reactively via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Implement 'Personal Strategy' investment strategies that align with client risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Deliver holistic financial planning covering retirement, income optimization, tax-advantaged savings, and education planning.
  • Travel to meet clients face-to-face to build and maintain strong professional bonds.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services and client experience.
  • FINRA Series 65 license required.
  • Proven success working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex financial plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Must be based in the specified California territories.
  • Ability to pass FINRA fingerprinting.

Nice to have

  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience as a high-performing Advisor & Planner in the Personal Strategy solution.
