TL;DR

Senior Speciality Account Executive (Government): Driving the adoption of compliance automation and risk management solutions for government vendors with an accent on federal frameworks like CMMC and FedRAMP. Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Compensation: $278,000 – $327,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on federal compliance frameworks including CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, GovRAMP, ITAR, and NIST 800-171.
  • Support core AEs as an overlay rep, bringing specialized knowledge to advance and close federal-focused opportunities.
  • Own the full-cycle sales process for select opportunities with government vendor contractors and net-new logos.
  • Drive pipeline generation through targeted outbound efforts, industry events, and partnerships with SIs and 3PAOs.
  • Provide real-time feedback to Product & Engineering to inform the V4G roadmap, including inherited controls for FedRAMP.
  • Develop sales playbooks, training, and resources to raise the organization's federal selling competency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience, with 5+ years selling SaaS solutions to government contractors or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and ITAR frameworks.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex government procurement cycles and respond to RFPs.
  • Established relationships with procurement and compliance stakeholders across government contractors and system integrators.
  • Expertise in outbound prospecting and crafting messaging tailored for public sector vendor buyers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
